screaming staff

i was ready to give a glowing review but the toilets smelled like sewage and the floors were filthy. after changing rooms four times, i expected something special as an apology, yet all i got was the same broken lift. i just couldn’t believe how noisy it was at night, truly disastrous!

The location was fantastic, making it easy for my family and me to explore Istanbul. We visited the Grand Bazaar and enjoyed its vibrant atmosphere. The spacious rooms let us unwind after busy days, while fresh breakfast options kept everyone happy.

My kids wished for more variety in the breakfast menu.

Location was a dream, just a stroll from the sea and stunning mosques. Super clean rooms and great value for what you get!

The shower was a bit dodgy—had to wade through a mini lake afterwards! And, my fridge must’ve been on a vacation. it barely worked!

my stay at seher was phenomenal, far exceeding my last visit to the city. the staff was super helpful, especially caner who made sure we felt at home. the location was perfect, close to shops and tram stations, which made exploring easy.

the shower was a bit dodgy.

Had an awesome time with my friends! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the major attractions like the Grand Bazaar and the Blue Mosque. We found the staff super friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was diverse, and we really enjoyed the tasty Turkish coffee. Clean rooms made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We experienced a little discomfort when my mother was asked to leave a table during heavy rain because she didn’t order anything. The way it was communicated wasn't polite.

I stayed in a Standard Triple Room and it was spacious and clean, which was a nice surprise. The bed was really comfy, perfect for crashing after long days exploring. The bathroom had solid amenities, but could use a little more attention on upkeep. The view was nice too! Just wished the shower was a bit more reliable, but overall, it was a cozy stay.
